TourTrolly specializes in providing exceptional travel services including Umrah packages, Hajj arrangements, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa assistance. When referring to "we," "us," or "our," we mean TourTrolly.com and TourTrolly. When we refer to "you," we mean the customer visiting the website or making a reservation through our customer service agents. By using this website, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined in this agreement. These terms may be revised as needed. It is important to read and understand these terms, as they contain important information about liability limitations and dispute resolution. You should also review our Privacy Policy, which governs your use of the website. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using the website, making reservations, or applying for our services through our agents.
By using this website and our services, you agree to the following conditions: • You are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement • You will use this website and its services in accordance with the provided Terms and Conditions • You will only use the services to make legitimate reservations for yourself or for someone else for whom you have the legal authority to act • You will inform any other individuals for whom you make reservations about these Terms and Conditions • The information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete • Neither you nor the person for whom you are purchasing tickets are currently subject to any sanctions that would prohibit you from using our services We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to deny access to this website and our services to anyone at any time for any reason, including a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
**General Rules and Conditions:** • You accept that you'll only use our services for personal use • Name changes on tickets are not allowed - only the original passenger can use the ticket(s) • Airline tickets, hotel accommodations, and service fees may not be refundable • Changes, cancellations, and refunds are permitted at least 72 hours before scheduled departure • Minimum $250 per person processing fee plus applicable carrier/provider fees for cancellations/exchanges • Refunds are provided as credit towards future travel valid for 12 months from purchase date • No-show tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged **Payment Authorization:** By submitting payment, you authorize TourTrolly to charge your credit card for the applicable ticket cost. The total amount may be processed through multiple transactions. Upon booking completion, an invoice detailing all transactions will be provided.
**Cancellation Policy:** • Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure • No-show tickets are not eligible for refund or exchange • Canceled flights due to medical reasons require hospitalization certificate • Refund processing takes 4-8 weeks from refund request date • All exchanges are subject to fare differences and applicable fare rules • Discounted fares often have more restrictions and may be non-refundable **TourTrolly Protection Plan:** • Allows 100% refund of unused tickets for hospitalized travelers • Requires verifiable hospitalization certificate prohibiting travel • Free exchange of partially used tickets for hospitalized travelers • Waives exchange fees for travelers unable to travel for medical reasons • Subject to airline penalties and fare differences • Must cancel reservation before scheduled departure • This is NOT travel insurance - separate insurance is recommended
**Passport and Visa Requirements:** • Valid passport required for all international flights (minimum 6 months validity) • Passenger responsibility to obtain necessary visas and health documents • Some countries require transit visas for connections • Contact destination/transit country embassies for current requirements • U.S. State Department Travel Advisory for updated travel information **TourTrolly's Role:** • Provides visa application assistance but not responsible for denials • Cannot advise on necessary travel documents • Not responsible for visa/passport issues or denied entry • Acts solely as travel agent for document processing • Visa denials refunded per fare rules and conditions
**Baggage Allowance:** • Additional fees may apply for excess baggage at airport • Baggage policies vary by airline and are subject to change • Some airlines offer no free baggage allowance • Check specific airline policies before travel **Seat Assignments:** • Some airlines do not offer free seat assignments • Seating plans and prices provided upon request • Airlines reserve right to change seat assignments • Premium seating may be available at additional cost **Frequent Traveler Programs:** • Mileage accrual may not apply to all tickets • Upgrades and certificate vouchers may not be applicable • Discuss program benefits with your travel agent during booking
**Supplier Terms Apply:** • Additional terms from airlines, hotels, and other providers apply • Carefully review supplier terms on their respective websites • Must make timely payments per supplier requirements • TourTrolly may cancel reservations for non-payment **Supplier Deposits:** • Some suppliers require credit card/cash deposits at check-in • These deposits are separate from TourTrolly payments • Cover additional expenses during travel **Liability Waivers:** • Some activities require signed liability waivers • Failure to comply with supplier rules may result in: - Reservation cancellation - Denial of access to services - Forfeiture of payments - Additional charges for violations
**Service Limitations:** • TourTrolly acts as intermediary between you and travel service providers • Not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines/hotels • Not responsible for weather, natural disasters, political unrest, or force majeure • Liability limited to amount paid for specific service • Strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance **Website Usage:** • Information provided "as is" and "where available" • No warranties regarding accuracy, timeliness, or completeness • Not liable for computer damages, data loss, or viruses • Use website at your own risk **Supplier Liability:** • Carriers, hotels, and suppliers are independent contractors • Not liable for acts, errors, or negligence of suppliers • No liability for delays, cancellations, overbooking, or strikes • Not responsible for government actions or authority requirements

If unresolved, may proceed to small claims court **Arbitration Agreement:** • Binding arbitration administered by American Arbitration Association • Individual small-claims court action permitted • No class actions or representative actions against TourTrolly • Rights determined by neutral arbitrator • Arbitration governed by Federal Arbitration Act • Litigation in federal/state courts in Miami, Florida • Agreement governed by Florida law • Prevailing party entitled to recover costs and attorney fees **Montreal/Warsaw Convention Limits:** • Applies to international air travel • Limits liability for death, injury, baggage loss/damage, and delay • Higher limits may be available through special declarations • Baggage claims must be filed within 7-21 days • Consult carrier for specific limits applicable to your journey
